If you want to know who I am, let me tell you a story. That’s what I do.
I tell stories. Sometimes the stories are true, about real people and moments. Other times, they’re just from the top of my head. My specialty is in being adaptable. I’ve written for travel magazines, youth magazines, christian devotionals, radio, features for hollywoodjesus.com. I also had a monthly opinion column in a newspaper.
Our lives are a series of narratives. Some we get to make on our own, some are told about us, but they all weave into this giant anthology we call life.
The story I’ve been telling a lot lately is a Young Adult novel I have been crafting. Some bits and pieces you may find on this blog under the working title Blink. I also like to talk with others about the craft of writing on twitter where I go by @keithisawip where I enjoy not being spammed.
When I’m not writing, I like to escape with a good book and a fishing into the western region of Michigan. I’ll be on a lake, either fishing or turning pages in a hammock.
My dream would be to write books, have a house on a lake, and that house should be the closest you can get to living inside a bookstore.
I am married to a wonderful wife, Andrea (Dea in the blogs) and we have one daughter (name redacted). Our owner is a shelter rescue cat named Jack. Okay, we’re his owner, but don’t tell him that.
